1. Acceptance
By installing or using SurveyMark, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
SurveyMark provides camera, location-aware capture, photo/video stamping, media import and survey-report features. Features may change, be improved, or be discontinued over time.
3. Your content
You retain responsibility for photos, videos, notes, locations and reports you create or import. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to capture, use and share that content.
4. Location accuracy
SurveyMark displays location information supplied by the device and available location services. Location accuracy can vary because of GPS conditions, buildings, weather, device hardware and other factors. SurveyMark must not be treated as a substitute for professional surveying, legal boundary determination, navigation safety systems or other specialized measurements.
5. Sharing and reports
You are responsible for checking stamped photos, videos and reports before sharing them. Location and other metadata can reveal sensitive information about a place or activity.
6. Ads and premium features
SurveyMark may offer a free version supported by advertising and may offer optional paid or premium features. Pricing, availability and included features will be shown in the app or the applicable Google Play purchase flow before purchase. Third-party payment processing is handled through the applicable platform.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use SurveyMark to violate law, infringe another person's rights, misrepresent evidence, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
8. Availability
We aim to keep SurveyMark useful and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that every location reading will be available at all times.
9. Disclaimer
SurveyMark is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly provided in these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms.
